"Our reservation was lost by the hotel. They found a room for us but not a deluxe room as we had reserved. Our new room was at a lesser cost but it was a much smaller room than we had booked. Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable. "

"From our balcony (Room 22 on third floor) we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Vecht. A spacious room although there are some features that could do with maintenance (eg timber floor on balcony) and provision of more shelving."

"I was there for 4 nights, for work, and it was great. There is a nice park behind the hotel where you can run bike or walk. The gym and pool are great. My room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant at the hotel is great as well. "

"This hotel needs some updating. There were stains on the carpets and a broken window in the breakfast area. Otherwise it was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was large and clean. There was good value. I would stay again."
