The house was fairly clean but had a musty odor. The microwave was trashed handle missing, broken off and plastic front was busted broken. Could not figure out how to use tv each channel I found wanted to charge to watch. To turn shower on/off very difficult, had to call host to tell me how to manage it but I believe they should be repaired. Well stocked, the house has a large bedroom with a king bed and another with 2 queens so it would be great for a family or friends. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you can enjoy your time watching the wildlife. It was fun to watch the elk, deer, and even wild horses grazing in the yard. It is a shame what the Ruidoso flood has done to the city and some damage in this neighborhood, but it did not affect our stay. We would rent again and hope to next year. ##### Ellen A. You can tell the maid doesn't move anything to clean, I'm not even talking about furniture, but behind the trash cans, the window sills, the stove, the oven, the microwave were fealty!! but the worst part were the beds, they had smelly sheets and pillows, even the blanket we got from the closet was dirty, we have to go to walmart to get us something new.
