"Nice quiet property, handy to so many places - Mapua, Kina, Motueka, Nelson, Golden Bay, Kaiteriteri. House was well equipped but could use a fan as the upstairs can get very warm. Thankfully we took one with us just in case and it was well used. Only 2 minute walk to the beach, but it's stony and not great for swimming... although some local hardy souls took a quick dip most days. Great that we could take our dog with us but sadly so many of the great beaches, like Rabbit Island, do not allow...

In all the properties we have stayed at, this was the only time we had to register online. To do that, key components were to send an image of my credit card and an image of my drivers license (or passport). "Beautiful setting as described but owner needs to spend money on upkeep. Frypans old and tired , bathroom sink faucet loose, no towel bars anywhere . Wonderful deck but furniture had no cushions so essentially useless wicker. Tv was tiny and had a convoluted cable system that required the renter to get an app to make it run . Great setting but price point was too high for the quality of finish for guests ."
