Superb Villa Architect 200 m Beach
The Villa "The Beluga" is close to the beach and shops. We will welcome you with pleasure in our recent house designed by an architect. A terrace is at your disposal for moments of relaxation at the edge of the heated swimming pool (2. 5m x8m).
My accommodation is located 3 minutes from the beach. With its heated pool and large table, it is ideal to meet friends or family. Comfortable sofas, cozy beds, wine cellar, large table, ... all the comfort is at your disposal to spend good friendly moments.
I am available during the stay and at your disposal for the good addresses.
The villa "Le Beluga" is located in the heart of the district of "Pontaillac", 3 minutes walk from the beach, water activities and shops.
Bicycle paths and walks nearby by the sea, public transport.
My accommodation is located 3 minutes from the beach. With its heated pool and large table, it is ideal to meet friends or family. Comfortable sofas, cozy beds, wine cellar, large table, ... all the comfort is at your disposal to spend good friendly moments.

Une excellente adresse
Encore un immense merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils. Tout s’est extrêmement bien passé, la maison est fidèle aux photos, très bien située, équipée et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette villa et sa propriétaire réactive et soucieuse que tout se passe pour le mieux.

Une belle villa et une belle rencontre
Villa récente, spacieuse, très lumineuse, très bien située, au calme, à côté de la plage et des commerces.
Villa avec très belle terrasse, belle piscine, bons équipements pour la plupart neufs, une literie de qualité, des chambres spacieuses, un parking pour trois véhicules.
Et cerise sur le gâteau : une hôte, Stéphanie très accueillante, disponible, à l’écoute, de bons conseils sur les bonnes adresses.
A recommander pour le lieu et son hôte, on s’y sentait comme chez nous.

Un Beluga tres confortable ;-)
Quinzaine en (grande) famille (13 personnes). Villa tres confortable et propre, fonctionnelle et bien equipée. Propriétaire très accueillante, sympathique et attentionnée, autant pour nous conseiller dans les activités à faire que pour résoudre les petits problèmes quotidiens (ex: equilibrage piscine).
Localisation proche de la plage, le camping voisin ne nous a pas derangé.

Détente, simplicité et confortable
Maison très confortable et parfaitement adaptée aux vacances familiales, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Un intérieur moderne, épuré au confort de haut niveau, une répartition des pièces parfaite !
Tous les avantages de la plage sans en avoir les inconvénients : accès rapide qui permet de faire des allers retours en fonction du temps, du monde, de la marée…et la piscine pour prendre le relais.
Nous avons passé, en famille, de très belles vacances, sans voiture et qui nous ont permis de – tous – nous ressourcer. A refaire.

Un weekend post mariage dans une villa exceptionnelle
Nous sommes 9 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons passé un weekend très agréable dans cette villa absolument fonctionnelle et magnifique.
La propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.
Le ménage était impeccable surtout en ces temps post covid.
La piscine chauffée a ravi petits et grands.
Les matelas sont très confortables, nous avons très bien dormi.
L environnement est très calme malgré la proximité du camping que nous n avons absolument pas entendu.
Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous y retournerons dès que l occasion se représentera...

Idéalement situé
Une magnifique maison avec un très bon emplacement. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, les salles de bains et toilettes sont très propres, les chambres impeccables et très lumineuses, sans oublier la magnifique table de 17 personnes que nous ne trouvons très rarement ailleurs. Ce qui est très appréciable.
Nous pouvons tout faire à pied (boulangerie, petites courses, plages, etc ... même aller au marché pour les plus courageux (30min max a pieds).
Sans oublier Stéphanie, une propriétaire bienveillante et a l'écoute pour les locataires. Nous gardons les coordonnées de Stéphanie pour de futurs vacances/week-end.

Une maison toute neuve à proximité de la plage
Maison toute neuve a 5mn de la plage de Pontaillac. Tout est impeccable, cuisine tres bien équipée, maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Accueil attentionné de la part de Marinette qui a montré une patience d’ange pour régler une panne internet. Nous avons moins aimé l’environnement, et les nuisances sonores (piscine) du camping en face dans la journée (calme en revanche le soir).
