This is a very good, well equipped property. The decor is very tasteful and calming.
This property is absolutely wonderful. This was our 4th stay and we love it’s location- private, peaceful, yet very close to every amenity you could possibly need. Also a great base to explore the area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will return again next year.

Une semaine de découverte de Royan et ses environs
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans un logement spacieux et bien équipé. Bien que situé dans une zone urbaine, c'est le calme absolu tant à l'intérieur que dans le patio privatif. Nous avons visiter les alentours en partie à vélo et le seul petit bémol c'est le manque de voie cyclable pour relier le logement aux principaux itinéraires vélos.La ville de Royan a des efforts à faire en dehors du front de mer. Une destination à faire sans hésiter

Belle surprise
Belle surprise pour cette location bien équipée et bien entretenue. Le logement est à 15 min à pied du centre de Royan et de la plage et du centre Royan2 avec un supermarché. Il est également à 15 min en voiture du centre de cure de Saujon. Merci pour l'accueil très efficace, pour la propreté de ce logement et pour les équipements de grande qualité. Nous avons envie d'y revenir et encore merci de maintenir un tarif raisonnable en basse saison. Bravo en espérant que ce logement va rester à la location encore de nombreuses années. LR

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison.
Très bon accueil avec un cadeau de bienvenue fort apprécié. La maison est bien située, dans une petite allée calme ( une impasse), à l'entrée de la ville. A proximité , il y a une pharmacie et un petit square où nous avons pu jouer à la pétanque. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La pièce principale a une double exposition ce qui permet une bonne aération en cas de forte chaleur. Le matin, on est réveillé par le chant des oiseaux. On peut garer sa voiture dans l'allée, devant la maison. Les draps sont fournis et les lits sont faits. Tout est propre et bien rangé avec des fleurs sur la table. Que du bonheur ! Bon séjour à tous dans cette agréable maison.

Beau gite très confortable à recommander
Agréable semaine passée dans ce gîte confortable, parfaitement conçu et très bien équipé. Discrétion et amabilité de la propriétaire. Emplacement trės tranquille au bout d'une petite rue. Il est aussi facile de descendre au coeur de Royan en 1/4 d'heure à pied que d'aller faire toutes les courses au centre commercial à environ 1km. L'accès direct à la rocade de Royan permet de sortir rapidement et de desservir toutes les destinations touristiques de la région. Et elles sont nombreuses... Seul petit bémol : la météo exceptionnellement chaude pour la saison.
