"Great spot to stay in Tekapo. It's a bit out of the way so you'll need a car and, if you arrive at night, it might take a little bit of figuring out which is your unit but the clean and large units more than make up for that."

"V clean, but a bit too sparse for my liking. Cabin would benefit considerably from small additional touches. Did not have basic facilities like a bed side table or even a chair to sit in. Maybe even a bit of artwork?"

"Located by Lake Tekapo, within 3 min drive to The Church of the Good Shepherd & easy access to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are well proportioned with kitchenette, bathroom and in our case, balcony looking toward Mt John. The reception isn’t staffed 24/7 but near checkin time (3pm). Staff were very conscious to advise us to read the in-room directory, which we wished we had, especially as it advised guests of the air raid siren, located across the spill way on the fire station to alert the local volunteers of an emergency, and not impending disaster. All in all, apart from the air raid siren, it was a good stay."
