"Staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable, great breakfast. Very much enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Ferry personnel did not come in time for our luggage to be brought to the boat, so staff at Metivier Inn brought it themselves. Very impressed with how they went out of their way so things went smoothly for us."

"The hotel is outdated but it is clean and well-maintained. The staff members are warm and accommodating, especially Tina at the front desk. The breakfast buffet has adequate options which are delicious (waffles, omelets, sausages. etc.). The hotel is close to the Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry and a shuttle bus takes you there for free. I would recommend staying at this hotel. "
