"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

"This property was just as described, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great location only a few minutes walk from the pier and the centre of Brighton. Only drawback for us as a mixed family group, there were no curtains / blinds in the bedroom, so no privacy. Overall very good value for money."

"This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised. The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay. Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!"

"Totally and completely misrepresented by this listing. Both sofa beds are broken and cannot be used as beds. The host was slow to respond and did not offer any solutions in terms of getting a cot or air bed in, despite our booking being for a party of 3. The listing says it can sleep six which is an outright lie. There were holes in the couch and cabinets damaged. Window blinds are all broken and windows get stuck. Only up side is the location"

"The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."
