Belvedere Inn
Hotel photo looks picturesque, but it's actually just by a huge parking lot shared with some kind of living facility. Front desk person thoughtfully located us away from a family with several children.

Very nice clean hotel, easy walk to MVP arena, just be forewarned that there is limited parking which led to confusion and some added stress, but not the end of the world.
