Frontdesk staff with an attitude & internet issues
This was a business trip where I was required to have a stable internet connection to be able to work from my room, but unfortunately I was forced to work from elsewhere for 3 days in a row (McDonalds and my family’s house) due to the extremely weak connection. I reported the issue twice, but the front desk staff was absolutely not interested to provide any assistance or whatsoever looking into this matter. They were blaiming it on the external internet provider and continued to look at their personal cellphone. I was surprised by the attitude!! The second time was even worse as they (3 clerks) were more busy making jokes and laugh rather than assisting one of their guests. I have stayed in other Bastion hotels which in general is a fine chain, but this facility has highly unprofessional staff members. The lack of service tells a lot about the management, in fact after submitting a complaint through Expedia, the management denied any compensation nor sending me an apology. The property itself is simple but good… cleaning could be better though, as the room smelled a bit moldy and had a dusty/sandy floor. Would definitely not stay here again.

Overall good
Good hotel for a business trip, very close to a metro station. The gym as often in hotels is a small room with few equipments, so don't expect too much. The restaurant is overall good with big portions, although I had to wait a long time to be served on the first evening (but they told me in advance I would have had to wait). The hotel is currently next to a construction site. You will not notice it once you are in the hotel, but just something to note.

One of the worst stays I have ever come across in my life, this hotel must be rated 1 star. Rooms are dirty-smelling bed sheets. The mattress is not comfortable. Hotel service is terrible requested 2 times for room make up no one bother to clean the room when asked by the receptionist she rudely said I don't know and can't help you. The breakfast quality is worst. Never take the breakfast option waste of money. I would give a zero rating terrible place to live. It's more like Hostel not Hotel.

For people who have cars, it's a pretty convenient stay since they have a parking lot. The rooms were clean and they checked every day. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, it sometimes would lose connection or it takes a long time to load something but overall it was a good stay.

Next to a big road interchange but soundproofed if you don't open a window. Seemed pretty basic (deluxe) room for 4☆, twin single beds were small or maybe just me. Nothing wrong just functional I guess. Staff helpful enough. Delonghi coffee maker in room, free coffee in the lobby. Didn't bother with the take a breakfast tray to your room and took a meal up once. Food ok not great. Went to Aldi instead. KFC and Burger King close by if you like that. Close to port so mainly Contractors, who else at the moment!

Conveniently off the highway, easy access. free parking. It is an industrial area, so not much around. A burger king and KFC in walking distance. Room was clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast is expensive ,15 euro for not much

Fine if you have a car.
Suitable for business customers rather than holidaymakers. Pedestrian access near bus stop locked. Plenty of buses to nearest metro to go further afield but no safe walks nearby with all traffic. Interesting views of docks from 8th floor windows.

I'm pretty horrified to be honest, the receptionist gave us one card and offered no indication that there was a vending machine, to think we drove from Italy for a welcome of this caliber

decent economy option
fairly modern setup but beginning to be a little worn at the edges. There were a few issues that they never did fix during my stay - no phone/ no AC. the staff was nice & helpful. pedestrian access to this hotel is limited & I had to jaywalk a major roadway to get to a tram station

The location is in an industrial zone. So there is nothing around. Room is a bit dusty. I can see clearly piles of dust on the bathroom extractor fan. Others are all fine. And the hotel has its own free parking space.

Nice enough hotel but kitchen is slow
Expect a long wait for lunch. Also breakfast runs out of food and dishes daily. This hotel caters to bus travelers who swarm the dining area in the morning and like locusts leave little but stubble until the kitchen catches up. That said, the hotel rooms are adequate. I would stay again but eat breakfast early and allow for preparation time at lunch

Just OK.
Bathroom had a broken sink and wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we spent there. Also, it would be nice if there was a bath mat and hooks available in the bathroom. But at least the shower was good. Staff is also very friendly.
