Kerry is a great host and communicator! Very much appreciated the breakfast and snack items she left for us. My nephew left his toiletry bag and we had already left when she discovered it. Kerry contacted other hosts and one from Taupo picked up and delivered my nephew’s item to our accommodation in Taupo!! How incredibly nice of her and the other host to bring it to us about 2 hrs away. We are very grateful for that kindness and that we got to meet Kerry. I had not been to Rotorua for 35 yrs, we enjoyed looking around and going to the Maori Village and cultural show, a highlight for sure!
