We loved our visit to New Zealand and our stay in Lake Okareka. We were here to celebrate and witness our friends' wedding; the location was beautiful and the small house was just what we needed for the two of us. I loved the nook with benches to soak up the sun with morning coffee and it was a short walk down to the lake. We were busy enough with wedding events and others in the area, but if we had more time to hang out at the Lake, it would have been nice to find some water activities (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). We appreciated all that was available in the home and it seemed clean from what we could tell. I appreciated the fan for the bedroom as I read in other reviews the bedroom can get stuffy even with the A/C unit on. And the location and property was ideal for us. One bedroom, big livingroom/kitchen,bathroom and toilet. Very well equipped. Nice and quiet and the view from the lounge is absolutely beautiful.
