Great location near the city centre, friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room. One change we would recommend is replacing the shower curtain to avoid water accidentally spraying on the floor. We would happily stay again. Is showing its age and could do with a spring clean and tidy up. Good location only a 1km walk to central Rotorua. Staff very helpful and friendly.
