Take in the magnificent uninterrupted views of The Rotorua Arikapakapa Golf Course in this newly renovated mid-century masterpiece. Warm in winter and cool in summer, you can count on both comfort and style with all the convenience of city living. Enjoy artfully decorated indoor and out door dining and seating areas, an extremely comfy TV/Movie room with Netflix or let the hot tub soak away your troubles whilst over looking the fifth green and mighty Pohutu Geyser. This property is located in town directly on the Arikapakapa Golf Course. There are two en suited master bedrooms with Super King beds (one of which can be split into two singles) as well as two smaller bedrooms which share a bathroom and each come with a queens bed. There is also another guest toilet.There is a shared drive way, there a four car parks on the property with more road parking available when needed Glenholme is located only a few minutes away from a range of local amenities such as cafes, supermarket and CBD shopping, spas as well as worlds famous tourist activities such as Te Puia and Mountain biking at the Red Woods, Whakarewarewa. All within riding distance! As pictured this house is directly located on the golf course. There were 8 of us staying and the house was big enough for us all to spread out or sit comfortably together. The kitchen in particular was stacked with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were big and clean. They even provided separate towels for the spa. This was a great location, the property was beautifully presented and clean. It had everything we required and it was a lovely warm house.
