We checked in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and it was clean. Cooking facilities were adequate and the utensils were clean. Every day after we left the room was cleaned - bed made, dishes cleaned and towels replaced. The overall experience was amazing and can not fault it. Room was best of lot however could hear neighbors through wall. Service limited to office hours and never returned calls, checked out day early even though we were paid a day extra we forfeited. Hot water was luke warm. Room was nice and cosy with a private hot tub, very clean and tidy. Motel is close to a lot of amenities. Not told that we had to climb steep stairs to reach room, so unsuitable for elderly and infirm. Also difficult to get into spa pool/shower unit, needed flexibility and agility, not common in elderly..
