The well-equipped kitchen has nice finishes, plenty of cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig K-Duo single serve & carafe coffee maker, breakfast bar for your morning coffee, and everything you’ll need to cook your favorite recipes. Adjoining the kitchen is a sunny nook area with a dining table and a large aquarium window, offering a spectacular view of the pool!



The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. Enjoy access to the deck and pool area from your primary suite boasting a king bed, flat screen smart TV, a desk (able to transform into a fully functional home office), and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a deep soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower with rain forest shower head. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV, the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. The family bathroom has a single vanity, walk-in shower, and a door with convenient access to the pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. All linens, towels ,and pool towels are provided. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer, built-in cabinets, and a utility sink. This home has 2 smart TVs with streaming capability in the living room, and the primary suite, along with Wi-Fi. In the garage, there are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a complete set of Callaway golf clubs - all for guests to use. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!
