The rustic country-style of the holiday homes creates a wonderful ambiance upon arrival, where families with children in particular feel completely at home. On beautiful summer days, you can set the breakfast table outside and plan your day with fresh rolls and jam. Would you like to head straight to the sea, or is another interesting day trip planned? Or, for a change, look forward to a day of wellness: The holiday park has a large sauna area with a heated indoor pool (use for a fee). Of course, you can also splash around in the large outdoor pool (also for a fee) and have a cocktail mixed for you at the bar. In the surrounding area, there are several shops for daily needs, restaurants, and a snack bar on the beach. Hohe Düne is a district of Rostock and a state-recognized Baltic Sea resort. The town got its name from the dune, which used to be located about one kilometer east of the estuary of the Warnow River. Bettwäsche und Handtücher würde ich das nächste Mal selber mitbringen. Die Küche ist nicht sehr üppig ausgestattet aber für eine Woche ist das okay. Der Check in ist nur bis 16.00 Uhr besetzt. Eine spätere Ankunft ist möglich wenn man vorher Bescheid sagt. Da liegt das Problem. Telefonisch erreicht habe ich niemanden. Nur die Ansage das ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anrufe. Tja tagsüber bin ich auf Arbeit. Eine Antwort auf meine Mail kam aber zeitnah, konnte jedoch mein Problem mit der späten Anreise nicht klären. Also musste ich umdisponieren und zusehen das ich bis 16.00 da war. Der online Check in ist nicht zu gebrauchen da er nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Man sollte jedoch bedenken das man auf einem Campingplatz ist. Also keine zu hohen Erwartungen. Für Kinder top! Nähe zum Strand top! Einkaufen vor Ort top! ##### Knut H. Es war auch leider nicht gemütlich eingerichtet-ohne irgendwelche Deko etc. Beim Duschen kam der FI, so das plötzlich kaltes Wasser lief. Das war dann sehr unangenehm. Der Esstisch war völlig verklebt sodass wir eine Decke kaufen mussten um überhaupt daran zu essen. Die Betten waren schmutzig und bretthart. Die Treppe nach oben traut man dich kaum zu gehen weil sie so steil ist. Das radio war defekt ,es war kein Toaster oder Backofen vorhanden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist dementsprechend auch sehr dürftig gewesen . In den Häusern ist kein WLAN und das Netz ist auch sehr schlecht. Bei Anreise sagte man uns der Supermärkt geöffnet hätte, was dann aber den ganzen Aufenthalt (1 Woche) nicht der Fall war . Da weiss einer nicht was der andere tut. Alles im Einen für den Preis ist dsd leider absolut inakzeptabel. Das einzige was schön ist ist die lage .... ##### Ann-christin V. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Andrea S., Potsdam 3 nov. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Urlaub in Markgrafenheide Die Umgebung und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind super, auch im Herbst. Auch die Beschäftigten vor Ort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jedoch die auf FeWo beschriebenen Corona/Covid-Reinigung fand definitiv nicht statt. Auf dem Boden der Unterkunft lagen Sand, Staub und Haare (vielleicht vom Hund). Der Esstisch klebte und war auch nicht sauber zu bekommen. Das Bettzeug (Inlett) war dreckig und hatte Stockflecken. Man gut, daß wir uns das alles mitgenommen haben. Gerne machen wir weiter Urlaub an der Ostsee, jedoch nicht mehr in diesem Objekt. ##### Andrea S. Es ist ein sehr schöner Ferienpark. ##### Detlef L. ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Christian G. 12 juill. 2019 Points faibles : Propreté #### Kammerjäger zu teuer Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus auf dem Platz von Baltic Freizeit gemietet. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt. Zum feinsandigen Ostseestrand waren es nur 300 m und die beiden Restaurants auf dem Gelände bieten für eine Woche genug Abwechselung. Wir mussten jedoch schon in der ersten Nacht feststellen das wir eine Maus im Haus hatten. Also haben wir am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt. Man hat uns versichert sich umgehend um das Problem zu kümmern. Als wir am Abend nachgefragt haben ob die Maus jetzt raus sei wusste niemand so recht Bescheid, es hatte sich wohl den ganzen niemand um das Problem gekümmert. Dafür hat man uns dann eine Stunde später ein Mausefalle auf die Terrasse gestellt! Die wir dann auch selbst im Haus aufgestellt haben. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich wissen wieso der Gast sich auf dem Gelände selbst um die Beseitigung von Ungeziefer kümmern muss! Die Aussage des Managers vor Ort "Ein Kammerjäger für eine Maus ist doch viel zu teuer" Ich dachte ich höre nicht richtig, auf die Frage warum das dann nicht die Hausmeister vor Ort machen wusste er auch keine Antwort. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Thomas R. 23 sept. 2018 #### Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen, sehr gerne wieder Die Häuschen haben einen sehr gemütlichen Charakter und es ist eigentlich auch alles da was man braucht (Küche, Bad usw, aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant ). Wir waren dort zu dritt und mit unseren zwei Hunden. Es liegt in einem richtig schönen Waldgebiet es herrscht eine herrliche Ruhe und man ist gleich am Wasser mit einem sehr sehr schönen und breiten Sandstrand. Für uns war es wirklich ein perfekter Kurzurlaub und wir kommen definitiv wieder ##### Thomas R.
