« This is such a fantastic property. It is so close to many restaurants, bars, shops, and of course the Silos. It is literally not quite 1/2 a block to Berties on the roof Hotel 1928.The property is clean, and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck area. « Everything was great, made us want to think about studio living. They are very accommodating in items you may have forgotten. Music from the bar may be bother to some in the evenings but it was not a issue for us. We parked our car and everything was walking distance and we LOVED LOVED that so much. I would book this place again in a heart beat »

« The condo was super close to everything Waco and just as described on the web site. The mix of old and new was interesting, but I loved that about the place. The important amenities were great, comfy bed, fast internet and updated appliances. All of the creature comforts with some old brick walls and a feeling of times gone by were appreciated. « We had a lovely stay at the loft! Everything is provided for that you would need while away from home. We appreciated the big comfortable sofa, the fully equipped kitchen and the huge bathrooms. Under 4 blocks to Magnolia, and we walked there twice for the cupcakes. »

Everything was within walking distance. Proximity to the attractions was important to us. Some uncontrollable problems that are of no fault of the property owner to be aware of.
