"Breakfast was cold and the gravy was sour tasting. Room was not super clean, very dusty. AC was extremely dusty we had to clean the filter as it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Pictures were taken."

"I had booked a room in the Lodge but when I checked in I was “upgraded”. Instead of the room in the lodge I was given a two bedroom condo (trailhead 1 condo 307). The condo was dark, depressing, run down, had burned out light bulbs, dirty bathroom rugs and 3 non working tv sets. The “upgrade” was a joke. Do better Cascadia. Will not book another stay with them. "

The home is incredible—every detail felt thoughtful, and my entire team was genuinely impressed. It created such a special experience for all of us.The only downside is the price. We stayed for three nights, and the total cost felt quite steep. To make it work again, I would need to significantly increase what I charge my team. If pricing were a bit more reasonable, I could easily see us returning every year.One additional piece of feedback is around the pool. A big reason we chose this home was for that amenity, and it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t accessible unless we paid the heating fee. We would have happily used it unheated, but that wasn’t an option. Given the overall cost of the stay, it would feel more aligned for guests to at least have access to the pool, regardless of whether they choose to heat it.Overall, this home is truly spectacular. If cost isn’t a concern, it’s an amazing place to stay, and we had a really memorable experience."

"Everything about this Inn is charming and delightful! Rooms, beds, baths all top quality. The owners, Matt and Cheryl (sp?) are caring, attentive and engaging hosts. Breakfast is a feast! And if you are hanging out in the comfy dining room or lounging in the deep leather chair or couch by the fireplace, Matt will likely offer some Happy Hour treats. Do visit their farm animals! And take a walk on the old railroad trail! This is not just a stopover on a road trip; this is a haven for weary souls. "
