Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved what was destined for a horrible experience. Thanks to her and our room cleaning lady. She was awesome.

My wife and I just finished our stay and we were blown away with how our stay was. Our room was very clean and well kept, the food at some all inclusive resorts can be hit or miss from what I’ve heard and the buffet food and restaurant food was outstanding. It completely suprised us and the staff here are so polite, respectful, and welcoming. The front desk staff made us feel right at home when we checked in and answered all questions we had. The pools, bars, and entertainment were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We absolutely loved and enjoyed every day here in the Bahamas! I would 100% recommend this resort
