Not sure if the hotel was understaffed, but the cleaning was very superficial, and the room service was disappointing. Our breakfast tray stayed in the room for a day. When we came back, the room was cleaned, and they left it at the entrance. I called housekeeping to let them know in the afternoon. They asked me to leave it outside my door so someone can come and take it. The following morning, it was still there. When I informed the front desk during checkout, they didn't really care. This is definitely not the quality you expect from SLS.
