Spacious family home ideally located in BRITTANY

  • Hello,

    Come and enjoy this warm and spacious accommodation with your family. You will appreciate this house for its comfort and brightness.

    This house is located close to shops and buses (Super U supermarket a few meters from the house, bakery, butcher, florist, delicatessen in the town center less than 500 meters away on foot).

    This house has the advantage of being located in town, but not only that.
    The terrace overlooks a country lane and the starting point for hikes. There is also a children's park nearby. You can enjoy the following facilities: Outside: - lounge - table and chairs - barbecue - sun loungers - small enclosed green space with very little overlooking.
    - 1 parking space right in front of the house
    - 1 closed and secure garage
    You can park your car, motorcycle or other valuables there.
    - 1 parking space near the house
    - a quiet neighborhood

    The Interior:
    - large spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. - Open-plan living room/kitchen: pleasant and welcoming. - 2 bathrooms (towels, shampoo, shower gel, and soap provided). - 2 toilets (toilet paper provided). - Office/workspace. - Laundry area (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron...). I also wish to improve the comfort of this house for the benefit of the various travelers who will have the opportunity to stay here. I am and will be attentive to any new suggestions aimed at improving the accommodation for the well-being of tous.Au. I look forward to welcoming you. Delphine.
