This was a great location to explore Rome near the Colosseum and Forum. It’s also close to Roma Termini, within walking distance hauling luggage. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was great for a few days with a family of five. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt.

Great place to stay if you want the feeling of living in a real neighborhood of Rome and not a guest in a touristy part of Rome. Staying in this apartment, and the area, you feel as though you blend into Rome, and not stand out as a tourist. As description states, walkable to Rome Train station, Colosseo.Apartment itself is very clean, nice baths. Even though it is in an urban part of Rome and located near a Main Street, it is pretty quiet.David is very responsive when you reach out to him thru WhatsApp and answers every question.BONUS ! Around the corner from an Outstanding Steak restaurant, if you want a change pace and have a craving for steak and want a break from local cuisine.

Only way to get ahold of property manager was through WhatsApp. Also couldn't pay tax except through pay pal or direct transfer from my bank. I don't have pay pal and in a foreign country I wouldn't give my bank info. Paid rent with card but tax had to go to him not using card. Also very hot in Rome and we wanted to go to pool. Turns out you must give him 24 hrs notice and it's 3km away. Apt. was nice and centrally located.
