  • In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

    APARTMENT RULES:

    - ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

    - The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

    - For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

    - travel cot is available upon request

    IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
    Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
    Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better if you want to stay in the heart of the city. The apartment was reasonably clean, although it felt a little rustic and could use a bit more attention to detail. The best feature was the beautiful terrace, which almost felt like an extra room. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Our only real concern was the size. Although the apartment is listed for four guests, we found it too small for four adults and would recommend it for no more than two people. If you’re a couple looking for a place with an excellent location and a lovely terrace, it’s a good option.

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

The property was great and easy to check-in/out. We were in a great location. We walked everywhere, the Vatican, colosseum, and termini. Although some people may prefer to get a bus to the Vatican and some other locations.

We had a great stay here in Rome! This apartment is small but cozy and is perfect for three adults to sleep comfortably. The host provided a complimentary bottle of limoncello, which was great to enjoy on the balcony. The apartment was in a safe area that was an easy walk to local sights.

Riccardo was an excellent host, and provided a beautiful, clean, and ideal location for visitors! He was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Ideal location to walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. We would definitely stay here again :) We felt right at home.

Fantastic stay—highly recommend!We are so glad we canceled our hotel for this condo. The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, safe, and very comfortable for our family of four.The location near Piazza Barberini is perfect. We walked everywhere—Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon are just 10–15 minutes away, and even Roma Termini is only a 10-minute walk. Excellent coffee (Luna Cafe), convenience stores, and restaurants are right outside the door, and the host provided a stellar list of local recommendations.The WiFi was great, and having an in-unit washing machine (with a drying rack) was a huge plus for daily use. While it wasn't hot enough during our stay to fully test the A/C for a peak summer heatwave, the apartment was incredibly comfortable for us. (I would say, for the American standard, 2 parents plus 2 small kids would be comfortable. For adults might be a little tight, but we rarely stayed home so it was not a big deal during the stay).To top it off, the host was fantastic with communication throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!(It’s normal for the host to ask for passport information because it’s the requirement in Italy).

We enjoyed this updated, quaint apartment near Piazza barberini. Very clean and a wonderful outdoor space. Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. In a busy area, but very quiet and safe due to its proximity to the Palazzo del Quirinale. Great communication from host!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this property. Check in was absolutely effortless; we were greeted with a lovely bottle of Limoncello; well equipped apt centrally located to Termini train station and old town Rome We had a problem with our toilet and washer which were immediately and effectively addressed within 12 hours). We were provided recommendations for shopping and restaurants; offered transport to airport by very friendly staff.
