Just a stone’s throw from the Tiber River, where a 35-km-long bike path winds along the riverbanks, allowing you to admire numerous attractions of the Eternal City from the river’s banks in an enchanting atmosphere.

The 81-square-meter apartment is cozy and bright; recently renovated, it is located on the first floor (accessible by elevator) in a historic building from the 1920s.
Suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and remote work.

It features two spacious bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower stall (equipped with accessibility features for people with disabilities and seniors) and a bidet.
