The location of this apartment was perfect. Located only a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona, it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and all the sites we wanted to visit. We were able to walk everywhere in Rome, and its central location also made it easy to come back home for a brief or a nap anytime. The apartment is on the second floor (counting US style) and was very quiet thanks to the impressive double-paned windows. The entire apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, too. We felt safe and comfortable staying there. There is a taxi pickup spot very close to the apartment, so it was easy to get a taxi to the train station when we left. Our host, Francesco, was very helpful and his communication was very reliable. He arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was much appreciated and highly recommended. The driver was very friendly and he explained various things about Rome to us on the way to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, Ms. Rosie met us in person to show us the apartment and explain everything we needed to know. Very clean comfortable everything you need for any cooking you would like to do. TVs worked great enough channels and the Internet was just fine and important to me but no problems. We found we could walk to most places and right across the street there were plenty of restaurants although we explored different areas to eat.. We spent 2 wonderful weeks very comfortable in the apartment. The bus is also nearby like within a block if you would rather not walk and easy to use. Francesco was great to work with and always responded when you had a question. We had him set up the car service that worked perfect and we had lots of luggage that was not a problem and the Driver really helped with that also. When I failed to notify in time when I was leaving and that Driver was unavailable Francesco relieved me of that worry also. He booked another driver saw to it the price remained the same and everything went like clockwork to get us back to the airport. He took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. I would definitely book this apartment again when in Rome. Steps away from cafes and supermarket and short walk to Piazza Navonna and anything else you would need. Close to taxi stand and bus line ,yet surprisingly quiet for it's location. The apartment was clean and well kept. The most comfortable beds of all the apartments we stayed during our trip. The best part of the property is the location, You can walk to every major attraction. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. There is a little market across the street for groceries. The bus stop is right out front. This place worked well for us. I would say that 5 was pushing the limit on space. I thought there were more beds. There was a queen and pull out chair/bed in one room and a pull out couch in the other. It can be a bit noisy at night but didn't bother us - Rome is a big city. Again, the apartment worked well for us. Clean and in a great location. ##### cameron d. Mar 3, 2015 #### séquence émotion Bonsoir, nous rentrons ce jour de notre séjour, et avant de vanter et ce lieu et cette ville, nous ferons deux reproches. Le premier la qualité de la literie du canapé (matelas) dans lequel j'ai passé une semaine difficile, surtout qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un lit d'appoint mais d'une seconde chambre. Le second les 40 euros rajoutés sur le prix de la semaine et cela après avoir réservé ( soit on les inclus soit on s'abstient) d'autant qu'une partie de la vaisselle était grasse (sans doute du précédent locataire certes, mais!) Hormis ces désagréments, appartement très bien situé, et propre, environnement très vivant, Rosie très agréable et ponctuelle, bus avec station au pied de l'immeuble et qui dessert la gare centrale. Pub, restos commerce de proximité et lieu de départ pour rejoindre à pied ou en transports tous les lieux mythiques de cette ville extraordinaire. Une semaine magnifique et presque trop courte, à refaire sans tarder. Merci les italiens pour votre gentillesse et la conservation de votre histoire. ##### Robert M. The apartment has been completely refurbished and the location was excellent. We were their from July 13 too August 12 it was very hot in Rome, thank god for the wonderful air conditioning the apartment stayed very cool. It was the first time that I have pre-paid for the full rent and everything went very well; any small issues that we had Francesco sent someone out to correct the situation very quickly, it was a pleasure having him as our landlord for the month. We would stay at this apartment again when visiting Rome we were very pleased. Thank you Francesco we had a wonderful time and you did a great job in refurbishing this apartment. ##### Richard C.
