We are a group of 12. We had an amazing experience. The host was extremely helpful arranging our stay and transportation within the city several times. Before arriving he would answer all my questions (which were a lot) and he would answer each one. During the stay if we needed assistance they would be extremely responsive at any time of the night or day. They refilled coffee pods for us. The experience overall for a big group including minors in a new country was top notch. The apartment was big, clean, and spacious to accommodate. Would recommend this property to anyone and will stay here again if in Rome.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our Roman holiday at this apartment! It was exactly like the pictures, but even better! Communication was excellent, Lorenzo went above and beyond in helping arrange transfers, breakfast, etc. If we come back to Rome, we will try to stay here again.

We stayed here as four couples and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a nice kitchen that worked perfectly for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. A couple of small things to note: a few more towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful, and the air conditioning cut out occasionally. That said, we really enjoyed the apartment and would definitely recommend it!

Great Pre-Cruise Stay

This apartment was perfect for our group of 16! Stayed in Rome for 3 days before our Greek Isle Cruise. We stayed with family & friends and the set up of this apartment was top notch. Our host Lorenzo took care of everything for us and even arranged a private breakfast on 2 days in the kitchen area. He also arranged for a shuttle from the airport upon arrival and to our cruise port.We walked around at night and near the Vatican and felt very safe. If we are back in Rome, we will definitely stay here again!

Great first trip to Rome

This was our first trip to Rome. We came as a family. It was great for everybody to have their own room and for us to have a common area. The breakfast every morning was outstanding and very convenient and the location was great to the Vatican and a little bit of a hike to the Trevi fountain. Working with the management was easy and quick with WhatsApp and I would definitely stay there again when in Rome

Absolutely loved it

Lorenzo is an amazing host, he was there every step of the way to show us all the working parts of the property. The location of the property is amazing, with views of Castle San Angelo on the back patio and minutes away from restaurants and cafes. If you have a large party like we did, 14 of us fit with no issues! I highly recommend staying here! We will be back!! Thank you Lorenzo for such an amazing stay at your beautiful property.

Property was as described. Walking distance to the Vatican and others tourist sights. The check in was pretty easy. Automatic Entry via an App made it easyfor the 14 of us to move separately and still be able to access the apt independently. Lorenzo was awesome and quickly addressed any concerns we had. He was responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect spot to explore Rome with family

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Great communication at every stage of the process. Just a minor note: make sure you have a cellular data package upon arrival, otherwise using the web-activated locks to enter the building/apartment will be a problem. The boutique hotel was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Plenty of privacy and comfort for each couple, with beautiful common areas to congregate and escape the heat. The rooms felt luxurious. Couldn't have asked for a better location either. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Prati with family

This property was perfect for our family of 12. Rooms were tastefully done and comfortable. The space is more like an inn with 6 rooms, a living area and lovely eating area. Italian breakfast was served each morning. The kitchen serves as a great gathering spot, however it is not a full working kitchen for cooking meals. The area is lovely and away from tourists, but totally walkable to the Vatican. Lovely restaurants are close by as well. Virtual keys work ok, but are not flawless . Thank you Enrico and Francesco!
