Liked: Location
We had great communication with the host from the moment we booked the flat. It was easy checking in and he was so kind and helpful as he showed us things. The location is wonderful…so close to the Spanish Steps, cafe’s, shops and restaurants. The elevator was in working order and the apartment accommodated our family of 4. I highly recommend this place!

Perfectly location. Excellent host!

I stayed here with my parents. The apartment was very clean and perfectly located. The host was extremely accommodating. The building has a lift that made it easy for my parents to avoid too many stairs. I highly recommend.

Great flat. Unbeatable location

I can't write anything negative. Enrico welcomed us and was very helpful. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Rome. It was very clean and the equipment was modern.

This property was absolutely incredible, and the location was truly unbeatable! Probably the best in Rome. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the AC never failed us (we were in Rome through a heat wave). Having a big balcony was such a treat, too. Enrico shared a list of local recommendations for food. We tried them all and they were fantastic! We even went back to one of those restaurants. I would not hesitate to book this place next time you’re in Rome. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Best stay ever

Firstly I would like to stay the location of the property is the best, it’s right next to Spanish steps. We were greeted by Enrico when we reached who walked over various things that are in the house and gave us some amazing recommendations for food. He was very polite And humble. The property was very clean and very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. And the AC was such an added advantage specially in the scrouching heat of July. We were able to get taxis very easily from outside. It was a really nice shopping street right outside the apartment . Would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent and quiet apartment with great location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. The host Enrico was very welcoming and graciously provided a bottle of wine and plenty of coffee and tea. The apartment was also thoughtfully equipped with full-size umbrellas, which were quite useful for us! I am very sensitive to noise, and I am happy to report the apartment was absolutely silent in the evenings, even the bedrooms overlooking the street. Arranging a taxi from the apartment was very easy; it is also about 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 2 minutes from the closest grocery store. Highly recommended.

Great location, home and host!

Enrico made everything go so smoothly. He and his team were able to allow us to check in earlier, gave us recommendations for restaurants and even generously gave us a welcome gift. He even checked on us periodically to see how we were doing. His property is in a great location, and we had no issues with noise. My spouse and our boys even enjoyed people watching from the balcony in the evenings. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and we are very grateful that he was willing to share his property with us. It helped make our trip much more memorable. Thank you so much.

The location of this flat is excellent, right in the heart of everything, about halfway between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps on Via del Babuino. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it’s an upscale part of town with many high-end stores. Taxis and Ubers are easy, and you’re close enough to walk almost anywhere. The flat itself was very comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a small sofa, the other with one large bed. Since there were 4 of us and only 3 beds, two people had to share the big bed as the sofa is too short for sleeping. The arrangement would be fine for a small family. There is no living room or any other sofa but there is a dining room with a square table and 4 sturdy chairs, so this is where we usually sat. The kitchen is sufficient and stocked, but we did not use it very much other than to store and reheat our leftovers. The bathroom is adequate with a good shower and enough towels. A washer and dryer in the flat is very convenient, and we made good use of these machines. The listing advertises AC but I think the host told us they are only for heat, not cooling. We didn’t need it as it was cool enough in early May to just open the windows.Check in was very easy and accommodating, and communication was great. A host met us at the flat when we arrived from the airport, gave us our keys and door code, showed us around the flat, and also gave us a map, a list of nearby restaurants and stores, and a bottle of wine!

This is our second time staying at Enrico’s amazing apartment. The apartment is perfectly located with sites, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. From the minute I made the booking Enrico was in touch coordinating arrival. The apartment is spacious and clean with balconies overlooking the street.

Great location!

It was everything we needed. Close to the Spanish Steps and the metro that could take us everywhere else. Very comfy beds. The internet connection was shaky at times and could probably use a new router, but overall great experience.

We are a family of four (with 15 yr and 12 yr old boys) , and we stayed for 3 days. We have a very nice stay. The apartment was a true two bedroom, and comfortable for 4. Nicely furnished with a cute balcony. Importantly, the location was superb - right next to Spanish steps. Cute streets all around with cafes and shops, and importantly for us, a taxi stand right there next to the apartment (and the Spanish steps). We had a great time, and I would recommend this property.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Apartment in the Heart of High End Shops & 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps

Here in the heat of summer and grateful for cool marble floors & air-conditioning in this spacious two-bedroom apt. 30- 40 minute walk to the Vatican, 20-minute walk to many other sights of interest. Taxi stand 5 minutes away for a smooth ride to the airport. We're a family of four and did some cooking - a gourmet grocery store is 5 minutes away. The kitchen could use a few more tools. Otherwise a very well-equipped apt for our three-night stay.
