### CHARMING STUDIO - HOME AND MORE

Spacious loft on the first floor of a residential complex, in the historic center of Rome, in the historic Rione Celio.  
  
The apartment consists of living room with dining area and kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, smart tv and wi-fi, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two guests. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, dishes and appliances: stove and refrigerator. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.  
  
In the apartment there is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and toiletries.  
  
THE AREA  
  
The apartment is located in Rione Celio, a few meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. The neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs, is a strategic starting point for a stay in the Eternal City: here are the main Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the Basilica of San Clemente. Nearby are the Park of Colle Oppio, which preserves the remains of the Domus Aurea neroniana and the park of Villa Celimontana. An excellent solution in an area full of services in the center of Rome, ideal for a pleasant stay.

#### Perfect location..

I had a wonderful time staying in this cozy flat above an old Roman Street a block away from the coliseum. I had a few glitches in my flights but the property owner was super helpful and worked with me to get me into the room. This is a perfect room for one or two persons it's nice and cozy and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and nice studio apt, right next to colosseum and a short walk from nearly anything else you want to do in Rome. Property manager was very accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
