« We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. « The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day. I live in the area and was impressed with the amount of current information the owners provided for places to eat, activities, transportation and other...

« Beautiful house and property on top of the mountain as described. The place was impeccably clean and offered everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Amazing host! Will definitely like to come back. »

« The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape. »

« There was a small issue with our stay and when I called up the property owner, she was absolutely amazing. She worked every possible angle to try and fix the issue. Even though we didn't come to a resolution, she was fair and extremely generous with her time. As for the property itself - very cute and comfy. I wish that it had worked out. Maybe next time! »

« Made a last minute trip to Princeton to be there with my college student. The home is quiet and fully remodeled and newly furnished with a fenced in backyard. It is on a busy road, so be sure to use GPS to find the driveway, but has ample off street parking. Wonderful stay! »
