"The gentleman at the front desk (evening) was very helpful , polite and engaging both nights However the lady during the day was quite rude and not helpful at all Also perhaps a sign in the lobby telling guests to dress a little bit better for the breakfast. It was disrespectful and gross seeing a young lady wearing skimpy booty short pjs and a half top. Did not need to see her a$$ hanging out. "

"We just needed a place to sleep between stops on a college tour of the PNW. Clean, a little dated, and felt safe. Bed was a little soft for my taste. Desk staff was friendly. "

"The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door.
