It was very clean, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend without hauling a bunch of things from home. Full-size refrigerator, two burners for cooking, fresh/new towels, paper products for kitchen and bath. The private pier couldn't have been any closer to the cabin, and the overhead and underpier lights made fishing at night super easy and fun. The owners even have chairs and long-handled nets on the pier for us to use, so we didn't have to carry those things either. Nice fish-cleaning station on the pier.
