Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a huge load of laundry to do as we were passing through on a road trip - the machine to purchase detergent was jammed so the staff quickly and without question gave us free detergent and other supplies due to this very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was good and the the staff again went above and beyond offering to pack some extra cereal for our young children to snack on during the rest of our road trip.
