"The breakfast was okay I guess, the eggs made my child sick. The pool had a poop turd floating in it. Unattended kids in the pool slashing water on everyone. "

"The hotel seems to be fairly newly renovated. It was a clean, basic place to stay. The breakfast was yogurt, breads, fruit and hard boiled eggs. There was a refrigerator in the room but not a coffee maker (I bring my own) and not a microwave. "

"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"I requested a refund Because I had to cut my trip one night less than I booked.I was told by the front staff that I would receive a refund, book a hotel. Try to have the hotel refund me as before leaving that front desk staff to call Book a Hotel and I would be refund the last night, that wasn't the truth"
