"Beautiful, secluded apartment with amazing pool. We loved the peace and isolation. Owners in adjoining property were discreet and incredibly helpful - we arranged a late evening check in due to flight times and exchanged messages during our stay about places to visit. Car is essential, but numerous supermarkets and bakeries within a 10 minute drive. St Maxime is an easy 20 minute drive, with a lovely beach and ferry to St Tropez. Also recommend Grasse, including a tour and workshop at Fragonaard, and Nice is amazing, we tagged on a stay at the end of the trip. "

"Super stay in a wonderful villa, which was very clean, spacious, well featured,- infact it had more items than were mentioned in the "blurb"! We had a super welcome from Cédrick who explained everything that we needed to know for our holiday. Everything worked, the airconditioning was faultless and kept us as cool as we wanted, plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery etc, super huge TV with Netflix and other channels, beds were very comfortable and the pool - WAS warm, kids loved it! Thankyou Cédrick! We had a super stay and you were a super host!"

"Overall a very good property but a little rough around the edges (shower not working, kitchen cabinets broken, ants in house etc) Outside pool area is fantastic. Whole family loved the pool and outside area. Rear felt a bit unloved but kids still enjoyed table tennis and playing with toys, in that area. "

"Great stay with friends and family in this beautifully restored farmhouse and garden. The teenagers loved the pool, bikes, table tennis and feeding the donkeys in the neighbouring field. The bedrooms are all a good size with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and we made good use of the gas barbecue, with long evening meals on the patio. The terrace outside the master bedroom is perfect for morning coffee, and the terrace at the top has spectacular views for evening drinks. The kids loved the lake activities at the end of the road, and we had day trips to Nice, Monaco, Port Grimaud and St Raphael. Ed and Melinda were great hosts and very helpful when we needed them. A perfect place for larger gatherings where everyone has their own space."

" Overall we had a pleasant stay — the campsite is clean and the facilities are good for families. However, we were quite surprised by a strange and outdated rule at the swimming pool: men are only allowed to wear tight-fitting swimwear, such as briefs or tight boxers. Regular swim shorts (including sport brands like Adidas, etc.) are not allowed. This rule supposedly exists for "hygiene" reasons, but it is applied only to men, which feels arbitrary and even discriminatory. Women are free to wear whatever swimwear they like, including ones they've used elsewhere. It would have been helpful to clearly state this rule during the booking process, as many guests were unaware and had to buy new swimwear just to access the pool. I hope the management will reconsider this policy or at least ensure equal and fair standards for all guests in the future "

"The room was clean but it was not speicified in the booking that toilets and showers are communal which was a problem. Breakfast did not have much choices."
