The staff was friendly and kind. We had very high hopes, it’s a beautiful building. I think it would be a nice building to use for groups who need communal space while traveling. However, we had a leaking sink - not a big deal. But we constantly had to ask ourself for new towels since we had to put some in the sink to stop the noise. When we asked for the towels to be removed a second time they were not. Trash piled up and the room was never cleaned during our five day stay.
