Comfortable and convenient

"Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them."

The REAL Lake Wylie

"With all the development that has taken place over the last 10 years there are very very few rentals that actually capture what Lake Wylie is all about and this is not only one of them but a perfect example of original lake wylie. I'm not sure if it is the bonfire, the yard, quietly waking up to deer, the blue herons, the fishing off the dock, lake views from every room, the privacy, or if its the gravel drive, or the location itself, but whatever it is it is magic and exactly what I wanted and remembered about LW. It is a flawless property and I didn't want to leave. The host is not only a great host but a lovely person. I had an amazing time and am already planning my next trip."

Rock Hill Cottage w/ Spacious Yard & Fire Pit!

A charming comfy cottage.

"If I could give more stars than 5, I would! The cottage is clean and comfy, in a beautiful wooded setting. The beds are very comfortable, the bath towels are plush and soft, and the kitchen is stocked with what you need for meal prep. We all especially enjoyed the evening sounds coming from the wooded area. The trip to and from the airport is very easy and the house is conveniently located. The Host is lovely, with excellent communication. Our entire stay was enjoyable!"

"We were 4 parents and 4 BMX racers aged 11 to 16 that came to Rock Hill for the UCI BMX World Championships. We had lots of down time between practice days and race days so this place was perfect for our group to relax and hang out. The crew especially enjoyed the pool table and playing around in the lake."

Tucked Away Paradise

"This sweet house is the perfect, simple, getaway from it all. My family and I lived on the dock and the amazing porch. The home had it all with a loaded kitchen filled with cooking supplies, games, puzzles, outdoor games, chairs, chairs, chairs. The spot is kept hidden back in the woods so you truly feel left alone to just enjoy the peace of nature and explore the property. The fenced area is perfect for anyone worried about little ones around the water. The deer greeted us several times a day. The blue herons and ducks often lingered to check us out. The home is older, but kept very clean and the property very well maintained. We wished we had more time to stay!"

"We came down for the weekend to watch our son and his band perform. Meghan’s Place was the perfect retreat. You wouldn’t know it was attached to a home as it was quiet and serene. We brought our dog and he loved running around the beautiful woods. It checked all the boxes for us and we would definitely book it again."
