« The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. « Booked a 5 night stay through Expedia. Plans changed, so I called the hotel a week ahead to say I’d arrive a day late. They said no problem, they’d check me in when I got there. « Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors...
