This listing is for the 2nd-floor apartment which is accessible by a smart lock door through the main hallway. A flight of stairs must be taken to access the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance door protected by a smart lock. There is a balcony which is exclusively for this apartment to enjoy. The backyard area is shared between the two apartments. The front porch is for access only and not to be used by guests for any other purpose.

Parking: One free parking spot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, shared with the downstairs unit. Additional free street parking is available. Please note that street parking follows an alternative side rule. Please review the street signs before parking.

We are located in a unique area of Rochester called the South Wedge. Here, you find lots of dining and entertainment options within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. This is a very walkable and safe neighborhood, right between bus lines 41 and 12 that connect it to downtown, and bus 97 that connects to the UR afternoon via Elmwood ave in the mornings and afternoons. Veo also offers bike and scooter rentals via smartphone app.

Stairs at the property:
Guests must climb a flight of stairs to the second floor. There are handrails for guest safety. The basement is accessible via a steep set of stairs. Caution is advised.

Air Conditioning (seasonal):
The unit is equipped with a large window-based AC device from June through to September. Please use the ceiling fan to circulate the air in the apartment and keep all other windows closed.
