Located in Rivière, Indre-et-Loire, Gîte Ilostou offers you a peaceful 75 m² holiday home for up to 4 guests. You’ll have 2 flexible bedrooms, each set up with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, plus a bathroom.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heat pump and radiators in the bedrooms, TV, filter and pod coffee makers, grill, and step-free indoor access.  
  
Enjoy a private, fully enclosed 3,000 m² garden—perfect for relaxing in nature. Unwind on your private terrace, covered or open, and take in the quiet countryside between town and vineyards.  
  
On-site shared parking is available for 4 cars. Pets are welcome. Events are not allowed.  
  
The location is ideal for exploring Loire castles, local vineyards, riverside walks along the Vienne, and forest trails. Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine is 50 minutes away, and Futuroscope is 1 hour away. Although the property is near a road, the house sits 40 meters back, ensuring peace and quiet.
