Welcome to The Charming House of Riverside! This is a Prairie architectural-style home in the heart of Riverside. There are only three Prairie-style homes in the city and this is one of them. This historical beauty, designed in the award-winning tradition of Frank Lloyd Wright, promises an unforgettable stay with its DISTINCTIVE features and cozy comforts. This is not the typical VRBO home. The house has character and a space for everyone.

This spacious 4-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups. The three bedrooms on the ground floor offer California King and King-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, you'll find a loft-style bedroom with two additional King beds, perfect for those seeking a little extra privacy. Our beds are very comfortable too.

Please note that this charming home has a single bathroom and no patio area, so your group may want to consider this factor when booking. However, we believe the exceptional qualities of this home more than makeup for this inconvenience.

While our neighborhood may not be Beverly Hills, it's a safe and bustling community, thanks to its close proximity to downtown Riverside and the convention center, both less than a mile away. Plus, with easy access to the 91, 60, and 215 freeways, you're perfectly situated for exploring the wider region. Easy freeway access!

We welcome families with children, but please be aware that the house does not have child-proof amenities. Children require continuous supervision to prevent any accidents.

Please keep in mind that due to its proximity to downtown, the room facing Poplar Street may experience some noise from traffic. This is a factor to consider when booking your stay. For most guests, this is not an issue.

Parking is available on the premises for ONE car, with plenty of street parking for your convenience since the home is situated in a corner lot.
