Lot of insects in the room. Ours was otherwise clean. I overheard another couple saying "I don't know how they don't refund you if there are bed bugs"... The staff are trying, it seems like poor ownership. Great they allow dogs (only reason we stayed there), but pet owners are not picking up after, and staff don't pick up often enough.

Upon arrival, we found items that didn’t belong in our room, including a power drill, a loose lightbulb, and ceiling/shower shrapnel (on the floor of the shower!). The room smelled bad too. The power outlets were inconveniently located throughout our room. However, the staff was very nice and able to quickly resolve our issues with the items that didn’t belong in our room.

I called for our AC to get fixed on night one and when the guy came to check it, he said he had fixed it but when we got back at night it was only Shooting hot air. The second day I called early in the morning and the guy didn’t come until we were leaving already. We also found a roach in the room

Not too bad but we found a cockroach crawling in the middle of the night and the staff was extremely loud starting early in the morning before 7am. The staff at the check in was very nice though and the area feels safe.

Had plumbing issues toilet would not flush and had problems with plumbing overall, no microwave I understand this would be something you have to request but I thought it was a very common to have one. I did not really expect much to begin with but staff was very nice and accommodating

Had everything I needed. Good value for what you pay for. Had to buy a universal remote to fix my tv issue that staff couldn’t help me with. It is pretty ran down and the doors dont close all the way but hey its a room with a bed and restroom.

Terrifying bathroom , extremely loud , front desk said they couldn’t help me move to a regular standard room that I paid for, I was put in a handi cap rooom with a shower that didn’t work properly. There was no fridge, the shower looked like a jail. There were people outside screaming that someone was killing them. I will never stay here again. I’m a very frequent customer at motel 6 and didn’t deserve this experience. Please Make this right and get back to me Thankyou.

Second time here. Water actually was hot so it was nice. The AC was loud but worked. I was introduced to the wifi this time and it worked well. The tile floors is all that kind of bugs me but it has everything I need. The shower drain was clogged though but still worked. Great value for what I paid for the holidays

It was really basic, but I understand for the price you pay, thats what you get. Everyone complains about no hot water but its actually backwards, the Cold is Hot and the Hot is Cold. I wasnt too trilled with tile floor but thats just knickpicking. The vents all are shared so when one person smokes or vapes you can smell it in your room. The AC and Heater worked fast and great. Bed wasnt the comfortablest but I did get a good nights sleep. It just looked a little run down but it had everything I needed besides a Fridge and Microwave.
