« I Checked in with my six year old grandson rather late, like 10pm, the lady on the front desk was so nice, popped bottle of water, fruit snacks and cookies in a little bag for us. That has never happened before so it was a nice jesture. Facilities are clean, tho the pool door could have used a bit of windex! Mt grandson loves the "marshmallow bed" and could stay in it all day. :) »

Chambre immense et entièrement équipé avec cuisine micro-ondes lave vaisselle frigo vaisselle machine à café. Mais aussi café et fruits à volonté à l’accueil. petit déjeuner compris et sincèrement plus que bien, vélo à dispo salle de sport open 24/24 non seulement nous recommandons mais encore plus nous le conseillons. Si je dois mettre une toute petite remarque c’est le prix du parking 70$ ttc...

"Nous avions fait le Check out pendant que nous attendions le valet pour la voiture , qui d’ailleurs est arrivé un peu sans dessus dessous le chauffeur a tellement reculer le banc qui a tout remuer les bagages .j’ai voulu aller au toilette , la réception m’a répondu aucune toilette !! Je lui ai demandé de me redonner ma clé de chambre que je venais tout juste de lui remettre , elle me dit impossible de la réactiver….assez spécial comme service . "

"Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
