« The reception staff told us they would leave our keys on the door lock for our late check-in. They weren’t there (thankfully, our door was unlocked). The room smelled like old perfume as if they were trying to conceal some bad smells… There was no AC, so it was quite hot at night… The kitchen had a pizza oven, a BBQ, but somehow, no cutlery/plates/etc??? When we wanted to do our checkout, there was no one at the reception even though it was supposed to be open… The only positive things are that...

« We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending.
