Hotel is very convenient for access to the town, and for walking in the countryside. Spa was small but nice and not busy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

What a lovely stay we had. The hotel is centrally located to access all the different towns, the wine route, the castles… The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, food, and more importantly awesome staff they were all so helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

Property was unique as a Best Western type property, and was well maintained and staffed. Our room was too unique - Room 301 required that I take the elevator to the top floor (level 2) and them wend my way to a tight and cramped circular stairway and carry my bags up the stairway to our room. With a larger bag, this was not easy for someone over 60 years old. But we managed, and the room was very nice and comfortable.

This is a very well run hotel with a very good breakfast buffet, nice pools and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

Great place , with a nice view on the vineyards
Good location, close to restos and vineyard. Nice outside pool. Friendly staff. Because of the bad weather , the hotel had an issue with flooding (parking, gym, spa,...) Staff worked frantically to clean asap and informed us well about what was going on.

Walked the vineyard trail to the other village. Beautiful scenery. Excellent breakfast and delicious dinner options. Pierre and Jeffrey were so very helpful. Pierre made wonderful wine suggestions from the region, and Kakarian at the front desk was courteous and friendly. Would stay at this property again. at front desk

Lovely! We would stay again!
Delightful stay! We enjoyed the free parking, friendly staff, bar, breakfast, and clean rooms. We also had a massage and enjoyed the spa area. Loved how easy the parking was and how easy it was to walk to and around town. Would stay again!

Overall an excellent stay but due COVID no cleaning during our 3 night stay. The evening meal was excellent and with the v warm weather the out door pool area was much appreciated. V dog friendly and so close to the town

Great stay
Our corner room was modern and we had a superb view from two sides. Breakfast was modest but good quality. Room smelled a bit funky the first night but was fine after we opened the balcony doors for a few hours. Shower was modern but the water pressure was weak. Super location a block from the old town.

Breathtaking Vineyards Views !
We traveled as 2 newly married couples, we didn't know what to expect !!! BUT IT WAS SIMPLY AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE .. PERFECT.. Parfait ! :) The service, the location of the hotel, the surrounding area .. The staff were very nice and friendly !! Diffidently will come back again .. for the same room !!! as it was exactly as described in photos !!! Couldn't ask for more ... THANK YOU !!!

Excellent stop for a couple nights
Great place, fabulous little pool (actually two, one outdoor and one indoor), about a one minute walk from the historic part of town, but perched against a vineyard.

Great location right outside Riquewhir City Walls
This Best Western property has been recently renovated. I stayed in one of the balcony rooms, and they were large, clean, and modern. Some of the other rooms in the older wing of the hotel didn't look nearly as nice, so be warned. One negative about the hotel is that there is not a lobby, per se – there is a bar area that acts as the de facto lobby. When we tried to bring our own wine to drink we were told that we couldn't without paying a corkage fee. I've never been in a hotel that wouldn't let you bring your own beverage into the lobby. A shame, as there is so much wine to buy in Riquewhir and the surrounding towns that it starts adding up. The last thing you want to do is buy another (overpriced) bottle at the hotel bar. The hotel itself made a nice base for exploring the area. Riquewhir itself tends to get mobbed by tourists after about noon, but it is nice in the morning and after about 5 when the tour buses start leaving. There are also very solid restaurants there, and Colmar is less than half an hour away. The hotel has decent parking, too.

Great location just on the outskirts of town. Nice, clean, comfortable room with a great view. Had a nice tub but was a little narrow when taking a shower. We ate breakfast in the dining room one morning and found it not very exciting. I would definitely stay here again because the location is perfect for exploring the town.
