"Our group of 6 had a fabulous stay- loved the staff, pool , room & restaurant food and service was excellent. Amenities like kayaks to paddle the lake were so much fun. Easy 45 min drive to State Farm Stadium in Glendale. We had a terrific time. Only complaint was some road noise for road facing rooms and air conditioner noise but not terrible."

"The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms feel more like small apartments than traditional hotel rooms, and the overall quality of the property is very good. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by unexpected fees and the check-in process. I reserved and paid for my room in advance through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was charged an additional $79 in fees that I was not expecting. This included a $20 parking fee just to park at the hotel where I was already staying. These additional charges should be communicated much more clearly during the reservation process. The check-in experience was even more disappointing. After checking in, the desk clerk asked if I would like a welcome packet and free coupons for local restaurants. I agreed and was directed to another counter. Instead of simply receiving the promised welcome information and coupons, I was immediately given a sales pitch for a timeshare. I found this approach misleading and unnecessary. Guests arriving after traveling generally want to check in, get settled, and enjoy their stay—not be redirected into a sales presentation under the impression that they are receiving a welcome packet. The property itself is top-notch, but the hidden fees and aggressive timeshare sales tactics significantly diminished the experience. It is a very nice hotel with business practices that could be much more transparent and guest-friendly."

"It was an amazing time but had one staff member be a bit rude while buying alcohol clearly paid for special cup and gave me whatever she wanted and still charged me. Didn’t want to make a big deal but other than that it’s was nice clean fun"
