"The room was nice and updated. Shower and bed were great. The concierge woman was sub par, did not want to answer any questions and just handed me a piece of paper. The pool was extremely dirty, to where I almost didn’t want to get in it. The DJ tried to pump up the place but honestly it needs an overhaul. Maintenance staff, check in was all good."

"I made reservations for a handicap accessible room but hotels.com canceled my reservation inexplicably and I had to take a regular room. My wheelchair barely fit in the narrow bathroom with no grab bars. I ended up with bruised knuckles trying to take care of basic bodily functions"

"Writing Very disappointed with my stay. I specifically requested an ADA accessible room due to my disability, but did not receive one. Because of this, I was unable to safely take a shower due to the tub setup, and even the TV was frustrating because the volume appeared to be controlled and could not be adjusted properly. To make matters worse, I was placed on the 3rd floor. The first room had fleas, so I had to be moved. The second room was covered in dog hair, and I spent the entire night wheezing and struggling to breathe. I also parked in the handicap parking area, but the nearby entrance key door was broken and would not work. I was forced to walk around to the opposite side of the building just to enter, which was extremely difficult given my disability. No mgr on duty but acting person in charge stated the Manager Kim was off for weekend,also stated that I would receive a refund and a callback, but I never heard back from anyone. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here."

"This resort was tucked away outside of town in a more industrial area but was close to a freeway that connects to the city and basic shopping. The condo was well kept and plenty spacious for two, with basic items in the kitchen to allow for cooking instead of eating out (paper towels, soap, pans, utensils, etc.). The property was immaculate, well lit, and was next to a golf course. My only negative was the check-in- there were two sets of staff, one for the resort and another for upselling. The process was annoying, after traveling all day, who wants to be bombarded with a salesperson at the place that you expect to find rest?! If I knew ahead of time they would be there, I would have kindly said "no thanks" instead of wasting time listening to a pitch. I can imagine choosing the resort again in the future if circumstances were right, due to the cleanliness, access to freeways, and low cost, but the salespeople definitely left a sour taste in my mouth."

"I really enjoyed staying at this resort. It was peaceful and spacious. I stayed in a villa. I really liked how large the rooms were and the patio area was nice. I brought my dog so the patio was nice to take my dog outside. The rooms were very clean. Even with being pet friendly the rooms did not have any pet oder. The resort is older but is well maintained. The pool area was clean. I saw in reviews people said the walls were thin and they cough hear people next door. I was worried about that but I did not have any issues with hearing my neighbors. I would definitely recommend this resort and if I’m back in the area in the future I would stay here again."
