Housekeeping service was great, the lady who was cleaning the 10th floor this past weekend was great, I can’t remember her name now! Rooftop pool and view were amazing, drinks there also great, but the food wasn’t good… Breakfast was good, a little crowded with no much space between tables! Very good location!

Fantastic location, right on Copacabana Beach. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean rooms and great rooftop amenities. Great breakfast with lots of choices. The only issue was with the wifi. It only worked intermittently.

This was my first trip to Rio, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Well maintained property and rooms, and at a great location along Atlantico Blvd. The breakfast options could have been more, but it was good overall (had an omelet bar station). I would absolutely stay here again when I come back!

My Wife and I stayed for 5 nights during our stay in Rio De Janeiro. The staff was very helpful and spoke English and Spanish with us. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty to chose from. The made to order omelets were pretty good. The rooftop pool and restaurant was a nice way to end the day after exploring the city. Overall I think this is a great hotel for the value. I would recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Rio.

From the moment you enter to the moment you get to your room eve thing is clean and they really put effort to presentation. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Security 24/7. Room was clean and with everything you may need or might had forgotten. The beach view was amazing. And the atmosphere everything. Highly recommended. Breakfast menu was the same everyday but either enough options to enjoy something differently daily. Great location at a great price.

Our stay at Pestana Rio Atlântica was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly, professional, and helpful service. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. Waking up to a spectacular ocean view overlooking Copacabana Beach was unforgettable. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the action, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet still a relaxing place to unwind. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Pestana Rio Atlântica to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro!

Had a great stay for four nights during my first trip to Rio. Loved the location, central to most of the sites in Rio and easy to walk to other nearby neighborhoods. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend staying here!

Location is very good. Very good buffett. Roof top view is amazing. Wifi was weak. The website said beach umbrella and chairs were included but when we went there you have to pay extra. Overall is ok not the best. I probably could have gotten another hotel cheaper. Also the website said hotel is on the beach but is in front . And you need to crosss the Av Atlantica to get to beach

The staff was fantastic at all points of contact. Unfortunately, the hotel room was…well…odd. It had 2 panels that opened the wall to the outside. There was no lock, it just opened…given the room was to accommodate a family, it is alarming that the panels opened to the balcony and the other to electrical components. The sliding doors would not go to the locked position. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. The shower was moldy. The staff was so kind, I didn’t have the heart to complain. I’m sure they are aware, the rooms might be less than standard accommodations. The price was low, the ratings were decent, but the rooms…⬇️ I have 28years in the travel industry and have not ever seen a hotel rated in this class with such poor elements.
