"Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. Breakfast was delicious we loved it and again checkout was easy. Cheerful and helpful staff, clean hotel and delicious healthy breakfast. Thank you hotel Sun!!!"

It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. "The staff was very courtious, but the room was sooo small. Of course ihis coming from a couple of Americans, but the room had bunk beds and we could barely fit in the bathroom. It was pretty comical trying to take a bath. It was a good location for Isesaki and walking distance to restaurants and walking path along the river. A lot of other hotels in the area are "love Hotels" so this is a good option for ordinary travelers."
