"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. "The staff was very courtious, but the room was sooo small. Of course ihis coming from a couple of Americans, but the room had bunk beds and we could barely fit in the bathroom. It was pretty comical trying to take a bath. It was a good location for Isesaki and walking distance to restaurants and walking path along the river. A lot of other hotels in the area are "love Hotels" so this is a good option for ordinary travelers."
